According to Indonesian regulations, all overseas exhibitors must hold a valid Business Visa (C11 Index) to participate in exhibitions in Indonesia. Immigration authorities may inspect and take action at any time, and any violations are the exhibitor's responsibility.

Overseas visitors to Indonesia can apply for a Visa on Arrival (VOA) or B1 Visa on Arrival (often associated with tourism), which also covers attendance at meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions (MICE events) such as IFFINA+.
